Little Avon

Another relaxing walk along the river with Janet. As the mild weather slips into the more normal cooler winds of autumn proper it's hard to think about more than a local walk. And yet those walks are essential. I've lost more than a stone since I quit work in April, and we're both looking better for the lifestyle change.
