Pelican Polka!

I've had a lazy afternoon sitting on the edge of Streaky Bay watching the pelicans come and go.  I really loved this shot out of the dozens I took today.  It reminded me of Rudolph Nureyev about to land after one of his amazing ballet movements.  Pelicans are just so ungainly one minute and then they can perform like this.  I REALLY LOVE PELICANS!!
