Urban Fishing

During a break in the Rural Affairs Committee this morning - which was a private session considering , paragraph by paragraph , our draft Stage 1 Report on the Land Reform Bill - I looked out of the window of Committee Room 6 on the top floor of the Parliament building and saw this ; someone clearing litter from one of the ornamental ponds in front of the building.

The task , the shapes and the textures made it a "must have" blip.
