Tweet a short story

Yesterday I said I was struggling to meet my own challenge to my Writers Club friends: write a short story as a tweet. Thank you for the words of encouragement in your comments. I did manage it in the end.
The blip shows our lovely young leader, Ruxandra, back after a period when she was very unwell, reading her contribution. Our own 'Pam Ayres', Marjorie, listens.
Very dark in the pub we met so even ISO 3200 needed 1/2sec exposure but managed one just steady enough.
Here are four contributions; not saying which I wrote:
————————
Unworldly noises bring terror to a sleepless night. In the morning, sound located, a drawer is opened, empty but for a mouse ... and a golf ball.

Smoke. Choking. Escape? Save her too? Lovely face, piercing eyes, great legs. Beautiful but .. cigarette in mouth. No, leave her in the fug!

I was drunk I guess. I don't know why. It must be all the love, passion, sensuousness ... No, it was none of that. It was the sambuca shots. And now he was dead. He will never come back.

Camera ready, adjustments made. Amazing picture on the screen. Is that me? Yes. Sorry, the biopsy will confirm but you probably have cancer.
