Loadsa rubbish

Went to clear up at the new house today - I stupidly thought that when the guys had finished a job in the house they would clear up! Silly me! 

This is only the stuff from the removing of an inside partition, sorting out five cupboards and redoing the electrics in the kitchen. All the packaging from the new kitchen units was left inside and so we took it all to the recycling (cardboard) and the tip (polystyrene and plastic) plus all the crisp packets, drink bottles and other workers' snacks rubbish!

Unfortunately we can't get a car up to this end of the house so there'll be a lot of carrying to do!

All in a good cause though. Roll on retirement!

My extra picture today - we stopped at Star Brae on the way back down the hill to take a picture of the snow on the mountains of Mull and what happened? That hulking great 'Isle of Mull' photobombed the picture - again!
