Coconut.

A ropey picture but a very busy day.  The main business of the day has been more desperate attempts to backup the photos and journal from blipfoto just in case the worst happens.  I am afraid I don't feel hopeful over a month ago I emailed both blip central and the email address for blipfoto on the polaroid site.  Neither have replied and the domain registration runs out on the 18th.

We are making progress with our efforts and in among them I have been trying to make Coconut butter for a recipe Clickychick wants to try.  Yes I know it can be bought but not locally (that I have found) and so having found out how to do it on the internet I have had a go.  Time will show if I have been successful.
