Hospital Visit Day 5

Catching-up - almost there!


Back at the hospital for a clinic visit.  They saw us early as Ann needed the fluid draining.  They are just so good in the beats clinic and we are so impressed.  Ann's photo, not mine, as I was buying us a drink and a sandwich in the cafe though we might have chosen the Dining room as an alternative (maybe next time) as we ended up there supporting a Barnsley Charity Tombola that was being run by Alison (McMillan Breast Care Nurse) on her day off.  The charity provides new clothing for families in need - we thought we might donate our £100 fuel allowance to them this year (it seems to have gone down in value from last year - maybe it's time to give more to those who desperately need the allowance rather than to everyone who receives a pension),
