A Metropolitan Oasis

Today was sadly our last day in Singapore, but excitingly we head to New Zealand tonight via Sydney! As we only had the morning to tour the city we thought we would take it easy and relax - and what better way then visiting the beautiful peaceful, temples scattered around Singapore. We opted to visit the Buddha Tooth Relic, a buddhist  temple and the Sri Mariamman temple, a hunidu temple, both situated in chinatown. It was fascinating to have a glimpse into different religions and their different views and beliefs. 

We stopped in Chinatown to have a last bowl of noddles and fried rice before heading back to our hotel to collect our bags and head to the airport. Next stop Auckland!
