Saddletor Marsh

There was some good definition in the sky this afternoon so I wondered if Dartmoor might be the best place to get some good scenery underneath it. When I reached Saddletor I decided to stay on the east side instead of going to the west as I usually do. I struck out for the tor for a view of Haytor. The wind was blowing hard and I was glad of the fur lined hat I'd grabbed on my way out. I was even more glad when the rain came, although I think it was more sleet than rain. While I was up there I spotted this little puddle in the peat and headed down that way.

I used a two stop ND with the 0.9 grad to make my exposure a little bit longer. The sky looks quite fierce and that fits in well with how the weather felt up there!
