We had a visit from Deborah today  -  a nice surprise and although it was very brief, (basically a quick meal) it was nice to catch up.  She's on her way back to Newcastle now and the next time we meet up will be Christmas Eve.

My pic today was taken just after I'd passed Cromwell Lock and although it was only about three thirty, the light was already fading, but for a photographer I think at times that can be a bonus.  I like the reflections in this which are there purely by chance  -  nothing actually planned, but it worked out anyway.
