Travelling

Spent a few hours in Singapore Airport, and - sparing a thought to Vodkaman Dave - we visited the butterfly garden.  It was a truly delightful place, and it was such a treat to have them land and search for nectar on my fingers.

I often wonder how Dave is getting on; it's been such a long time since we've heard from him in the land of Blip.  He was very influential in my early blip days, and I miss him a lot.  His macro photography was pretty well second to none.

The main picture is of a butterfly feeding showing its golden under-wing, and the second image is of the same butterfly, showing it's splendid blue and black top-wing.
