On the Downslope

8.2C dull, grey, and mostly dry. Light breeze.

Quick trip down to the local Coop this morning to get dog biscuits for Maeve the Deeerhound.
We ran out last night ... oops.

Maeve and I went for a walk after lunch. For a complete change I played Martina McBride on the Nano (The Way That I Am and Wild Angels). We went up to the church and carried on out the road towards Scryne. As we reached Craigmill farm the farmer appeared from one of the barns on his forklift with two bales impaled on the forks. We waited until he turned into the farmyard where he loaded the bales on a trailer which was hitched to his tractor then we walked down the track to the shore road.

Rather than the view from the upper part of the track I decided to try a shot of the smaller Hawthorn tree on the downslope today. We came back along the cycle path and carried on round in a loop heading into Carnoustie and up the main road before turning along for home.
