A view from Jeanneb

Electric!

Set off in the dark again for this morning's walk in the St Ives estate. It was dry and mild but windy. We emerged from the woods onto this oft blipped top field to see a steak of colour in the sky.

As Corinthian Column was photographing her 'Streak' https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2124125047982393339
I moved further on and zoomed in getting the two pylons against all the colour in the sky. I haven't tweaked this at all except to use the zoom. Sadly the colour soon disappeared and we have returned to a dull damp day.

In the background you can see the lights of Bingley, and in the far distance, Bradford still twinkling in the last minutes of the night's darkness. (If you are keen eyed you can see Lister's Mill chimney just to the right of the pylons on the horizon.)
