Frost and Fire in the Forest

Finally, a day off from all forms of work - it seems a while since that happened.
I decided to go for a walk up into the forest behind the house.  One of the lovely ideas in Sweden is “The right to roam freely”. This enables you walk anywhere that isn’t cultivated land. Amongst other rights you can gather fallen wood and make a fire. (With the right comes the responsibility to behave carefully.)
So I wandered away from the house to where there’s a view, gathered a little wood, and lit a fire. I looked at the view, gathered more wood, and watched the fire for around 30 minutes. For me this is an excellent way to relax.
As it started to get really dark I headed for home, which was only 5 minutes away.
