Christmas Moon Rising

A relatively rare occurrence; a full moon on Christmas day.  The next such event is in 2034.  I know it is only Christmas Eve for those of us in the UK but by midnight I hope to be tucked up in bed, waiting for Santa, so I decided to take the moon as it rose at 3:43 pm.
