Rough

10.0C with a misty morning and a cloudy dull afternoon. Light to moderate breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went for a walk after lunch. Runrig on the Nano (all of the albums on shuffle). We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. We turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore road. The track was muddier again.

We walked along the cycle path and went over the road bridge over the railway and down to the beach at Westhaven. The sea looked very rough today, with white topped waves rolling in over the rocks. The tide was on the way in, about 2 hours from its high point. We stayed just long enough to take a few shots then crossed back over the road bridge and carried on round in a long loop heading into Carnoustie and up the main road before turning along for home.
