And That'll Do

End of my working year, I was programming right up until the end which meant my last day was over before I knew it.  Hooray for that.

And now to do close to nothing for the next 8 days, apart from sleeping.  I feel I have a sleep deficit and I want to make it up.

Tomorrow we have Silvester (can't mention Silvester without linking to this) or New Year's Eve.  It is a day of madness in Deutschland - a bit like Karneval but with Fireworks, and everybody knows that fireworks and copious amounts of alcohol are a really good mix...

Legally you can only buy fireworks in the run up to Silvester. After that, nope.  Although peoople do hoard them.

So here a scene of calm before the madness.
