My little visitors

These are the three new visitors to the field next to our house. Great to have these Shetland ponies so close. They are full of character and have the softest noses.They seem to be really friendly with one of the larger white ponies and follow him around, even when he gets fed up with them they still follow him.
A nice day , sunny and cold, with a frost first thing.
David is on his way to Edinburgh, having to catch a bus as the trains have been cancelled between Inverness and Edinburgh/Glasgow because of flooding in Perth. Sounds like some of the ground under the track has been washed away and will take until the 11th Jan to fix. Snow is forecast so hope he gets down the A9 before it's too bad.
Richard and Ashlene are out celebrating Hogmanay so we'll be celebrating alone, if I manage to stay up that is :)
