Star Wars, The Force Awakens

The weather was horrible this morning. Wind over night with roads flooded on the way to Inverness. We've got off lightly compared to other parts of Britain.
We had tickets booked for the Cinema to see the new Star Wars film. The first Star Wars, all those years ago, was one of the first films I remember seeing at the Pictures. Star Wars and Mary Poppins and the Magic Roundabout in the days when two films were shown.
We enjoyed it, especially the funny parts and the 3D effects were good too.
Lots of cars and traffic when we came out so we went straight over the bridge to the North Kessock Hotel for a Steak and chips, very tasty.
David is hoping to get to Edinburgh with some friends tomorrow so hope the train line opens by then.
Good job we were not going to Skye today as a landslide blocked the Road at Garve for sometime today. 50 tonnes of debris have been removed so far.
Terrible pictures of flooding on the news. Hope this is the last we see of Storm Frank. Not sure I Like storms having a name !
