Braving The Storm

Well, not actually.

It all came about because my photo club has a monthly competition on FB to produce a header for the page (1450 x 460 pixels) and the theme for January is 'waterfalls'!

That got me thinking about whether a wide image could be made from a waterfall on its side.

I set out with a tripod along the Fife Coastal Path between Burntisland and Aberdour to capture the Starley Falls.  On the way I spotted a group of common seals (aka harbour seals) on the shore.

Back home, I combined the rotated waterfall (or rather, part of it) with the seals.
The originals appear in my 'extra' for today.
