My day...

Thanks so much for the lovely welcome for Poppy.  I can report I got some sleep (up three times).  She has been trying to trip me all day sticking close to my feet and Hamish is not amused.  In short, it's been an interesting day in the Chinese sense.  They are both quiet and resting at the moment.  Hopefully I can sneak away for a walk with Hamish later without her crying like she did this morning.  Oh well, the joys of having a young 'un in the house.
