Waffles!

Today we had a neighbourhood party which seems to have become a regular occurrence just after New Years. My contribution was this dessert - like a bread pudding but made with waffles, raspberries and white chocolate. It was the first time I'd made it though I'd had it at someone else's house recently. It was a hit so I think I'll be making it again!

Dolly stayed home. She didn't seem to mind. It was pouring with rain all day and she was cosy in her blankets. No proper walk today! The extra photo is how I found her when I got home.
