Dreich Gendevon...

Braved the weather today to try and get an outdoor shot but it really was too miserable.   The best of a very bad bunch is this shot of Glendevon.  You can just make out the Gleneagles / Blackford standing stone to the left of the photo (seen better here. )

David spoke to the Gastro nurse today as over the last two weeks poor Alan has been fighting off a flare up of his ulcerative colitis.  We've doubled his medication and so far it seems to be working.  He's still eating ok and in cheery mood so hoping that will continue.  Can't bear the thought of him suffering again like he did in the summer.

Tesco man arrived late afternoon so the fridge is now full of healthy food.  Unfortunately as I was putting the food way I found a sticky toffee pudding lurking at the back of the fridge so weak willed pair that we are, we had it after dinner!

Weighed myself this morning but think the bathroom scale needs new batteries as it kept screaming One heifer at a time!!!! whenever I stood on it.
