It's been a colder day with temp maximum staying at 17°C. We've gotten messages from Helsinki all day long how it's getting to -20°C and it's windy. Facebook status' show how the dogs are clothed to go outside. Here it's sunny and quite a few people were in their bathing suites at the beach have a tanning session. And about every other dog is clothed as it is winter and it is cold (no it's not). I guess the summers will be really hot if this feels cold.

BTW, it's getting near -40°C in Lapland. That's more than cold. I think that's torture.
