The Po'Boy

My husband and I took a drive to Williamsport today to cash in a Christmas gift card at Buffalo Wild Wings. There was a certain Mushroom & Swiss Burger on the menu there that my husband hasn't stopped talking about since an outing there in Florida several years ago.
Alas, said burger has since been removed from the B-Dubs menu, so he had to make do with the Bacon Cheeseburger, which he informed me was "ok" but simply not as good as the Mushroom Swiss. 
My choice of sandwich (and the subject of today's Blip) was the Bayou Po'Boy (fried popcorn shrimp variety) and a side of seasoned potato wedges. I do enjoy a good Louisiana Po'Boy. This one was fair to middling but it did look pretty bangin' on the plate. :)

May there be crawfish in your nets.
