Dead Heads

Out early for a wander as the weather forecast was for a return to Peter-Not-In-The-Office weather.  And it was lovely to be out with the sun on our backs.

This is from a field not far from the house.  They grew quite a lot of sunflowers and then seemed to ignore them, a bit like they did with the corn that they planted.  And the pumpkins.  Not entirely sure what was going on there.  Still, the birds are enjoying the seeds.
