Crikey it's hot!!

Another incredibly hot day today, but fortunately the southerly seems to have just arrived!!  These two Rosellas were both just sitting in the water bowls when I first spotted them.  We have just heard there's a big storm about to hit Sydney so it looks like we'll be battening down the hatches tonight.

No word from the powers that be about the meeting with the current owners, however as one blipper commented, "No news is probably good news".

450 pounds pledged since yesterday.  It's has slowed down considerably since the weekend, however that's understandable.  I'm sure everyone is just waiting now to know that we have the go ahead to continue on until we reach our target.  What a great effort from so many blippers and the good news is there are still so many who can pledge.  They are the ones who will get us over the line!!
