Walking on Ice with Spiked Shoes

Dw i ddim digon dewr i seiclo tra mae'r rhew ar y ffordd - dw i wedi llithro ac yn cwympo i lawr o'r blaen ar rew. Mae pâr o 'bethau' rwber gyda phigau gyda fi.  Dw i'n gwisgo nhw ar fy esgidiau ac maen nhw'n jyst digon i helpu fi cerdded heb lithro i lawr.  

I'm not brave enough to cycle while there is ice on the road - I have slipped and fallen down before on ice. I have a couple of rubber 'things' with spikes. I wear them on my shoes and they are just enough to help you are me walk without slipping down.
