Up early to catch the bus in to Berwick - MrM needed the car to pick up Vanessa, his niece, from the station mid-afternoon. Cold and wet all day, so didn't get outside at lunchtime - 2km on the treadmill instead! Not quite the same, but it was good to stretch the legs.
