The Watertower

Driving way over 60 miles/hour (100 km/h) in a train from the Hague to Rotterdam I wanted to see if I could make a reasonable picture of the Water-tower in Rijswijk* that I was bound to pass without losing the speed of the train.

My little Sony did a good job don't you think?

* Some wiki:
The 29,3 meter high and 200 cubic meter reservoir Water-Tower was built in a neorenaissance / art deco style in 1911. It was designed by N. Biezeveld and is currently an official monument.

ps. The glass greenhouses are a pretty common site in this part of Holland and inspired me to feature them in another typical Dutch view.
Tomorrow?
