The Quiz Night

A lot of laughs this evening. Some interesting rounds, including wine tasting - guessing the grapes. These were Chardonnay and Shiraz. A piece of rope, and we had to tie a reef knot and a bowline. Guess the total price of 10 items from Lidl. Airport codes, the eight states of the US beginning with M. I could go on.

We lost our trophy, coming third this year, by just a couple of points. Oh well.

Thank you to everyone who dropped by on my 2,500 Blipday yesterday. A poignant entry, which I struggled to load due to BT Broadband issues. I am grateful for the support shown over this last year or so. Relieved that special memories will be safely saved here.
