Norma's Knickers...

Norma's a classy lady.  She always matches her knickers to her scarf.  Well accessorising is important when socialising :-))

I slept much better last night, only woke up once.  Leg is much better again today but then again all I have done is sit with my feet up!  I think total rest is helping things calm down.  Will phone physio tomorrow regardless.

John and Norma arrived just after 1.30pm.   We were supposed to be taking them out for lunch but stayed at home instead (second lunch out missed because of my gammy leg!)   At least the napkins made us laugh :-)

I have languished on the sofa all afternoon like some quaint Victorian Lady being waited on hand and foot.  David has made and given Alan his dinner and is now cooking dinner for the rest of us.  Thankfully I was very thoughtful when I did my Tesco order and it's a chuck in the oven dinner.  

I predict more lounging on the sofa after dinner with lots of funny stories from John who never fails to entertain.    A lovely end to a frustrating weekend.
