The Swans Come Ashore To Visit .

Wonderful weather in as much as the sun shone. Chilly though . After a nights sleep and mini ablutions complete I went to sit by the canal and watch the birds. A bag of corn and rye just in case Most of the geese were snoozing in the sun save for the lone bird .This came over and though food was there for the taking it didn't steal.  Astonishing. You see this lovely small goose in the extras .Later I sat a while and the swans came out of the water to pay a visit.They sat very close by me and as usual told the pigeons to go away by waving their bills at them.They certainly have a regal manner. Seagulls, Geese., Ducks , Swans and Pigeons really do work as a great pick me up .
