A Day With A Friend

This good friend  'S' lives in UK  We met  when she and her husband were in Berlin. She visits Berlin each year. Today we met and had a wonderful time .Laughs , food , drink and it was good .I've just got in and though  the weather is freezing  good company makes one forget it and any  painful knee joints .These legs eleven have never felt so good .I can't do miles but what I do, I value and remember my knees and I go back a bit and even having endured many awful accidents remain firmly attached. Here's to fun , friendship and a good dose of painkilling frosty weather and my knees .
