5 A Day - A Fresh Start

I've not been doing well with healthy eating in the last few weeks and months. So having just recovered from a bad cold I knew I needed to make a fresh start. So I bought a good supply of fruit and salad and got my Nutribullet out again. I would normally cut up the fruit myself but this handy pack of fruit, supposedly representing one's 5-a-day, was reduced and so it seemed a good place to start.

My Smoothie Lunch:
Half of this packet of fruit, a sprinkling of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, linseed and chia), a few almonds, a spoonful of coconut oil and a couple of dollops of hemp milk.
