Today it's been more of the same, plastering !

Tonight I took my youngest son to start training with a new club, it was very tough for him, I felt knackered and I was 200 metres away but the quality of training and standard of rugby he'll be playing is much higher.

My hands are badly in need of some TLC, oil of olay anyone ?
