Meadows morning

It was an early start for the binmen. They woke me up as they emptied the landfill bin well before 8. It was ok though as I needed to be at the dentist at 9, a trip back to Marchmont across the Meadows, walking against the tide if students and others off to classes and work.

I walked back too. Not quite 10000 steps but moving that way. The rest of the day was chat and emails and finishing off a report. The office was very quiet. I like it that way.

Unfortunately the weather went downhill and we had sleety snow at lunchtime. And later drizzle. Ah well the sun was lovely while it lasted.

Tonight a fire prevention visit and the Box.
