It's a long way to Tipperary!

It took a very long time to get to Tipperary as the song goes and it's wasn't too exciting but spurred on by a letter my Auntie Audrey wrote me which arrived the day I left for Ireland.

It was decided that some exploration was needed and driving upwards revealed a decent view of snowy hills and light columns.

Nice pub meal on the way home which was much needed having not eaten too much today. Drove through Waterford at rush hour and just caught the car ferry back to 'home' in time to have a pint in the golfers clubhouse before dinner back in the lodge.

Mr H has to go to work at 7 in the morning and I intend to sleep in :-)
