What's the best way to....

I couldn't resist buying a large mango for £1 in my supermarket last week. Its only just ripe enough to eat, so I've eaten some with breakfast today :) Yummy!

It wasn't that easy to find a shot I liked, and this is the best one I think.

I always struggle with the best way to cut a mango. Its lovely when you just get a box of it already cubbed, but the real thing....

I'm wondering if fellow 'blippers' out there have a particular way or a suggestion for cutting a mango (or is there an implement to sort the stone in the middle out!!)

And do you have any nice recipes using mango? I love chicken and mango casserole, but that's usually when mango needs using up...
