Best Beef Bourguignon.......

......or so the recipe says.  At least I have shown some of the veggies, garlic, cornflour and wine.  The rest is starting to cook!!!!

A right miserable day and it is sleeting down at present.

But never mind, we have a ceilidh tonight!
