Yellow beauties!

C came to dinner last evening, and brought these daffodils.   They were completely closed, and it is a little miracle to watch them open up in the heat of the lounge.

The weather was wet and miserable this morning, but we headed off to country dance and had a lovely morning.  By the time we came home it was a lot better, dry and with some blue sky showing.

The afternoon was spent ironing and cooking, and now I am working on some photos in the evening.

A productive day!
