'Fibre Optic Dress'

Backblip.

MsMun and I had another night out. I brought her tickets to see the 'Etta James Story' by Vika Bull for her birthday last year, having no idea that it was on the same night as 'White Night' in Melbourne.

Needless to say, the streets were jam packed with people, but luckily we parked the car at Hisense Arena at around 7pm (before the crowds were too massive) and walked into town. We had just enough time to grab a quick Gozleme from a caravan at Fed Square before walking back to the Arts Centre for the show at the Playhouse Theatre. Vika Bull put on an absolutely fabulous show with her band, boy she has a voice. The music was broken by narration about the life of Etta so it was a bit of a history lesson also.

After the concert we walked back through the Queen Victoria Gardens and saw these fabulous fibre optic dresses as part of White Night.

Home by midnight and straight to be for a few hours sleep.
