Teppanyaki Heaven

Discovered a gem of a restaurant just a short train ride from Kobe. Greeted by our very generous hosts with a glass of fizz we then had the most amazing menu made up of some of the most amazing cuts of wagyu beef, each course paired beautifully with recommended wine.

Sourced from an ethical farm, our hosts were knowledgable about the provenance of their beef, and displayed the certificate of authenticity which not only recorded the ID number and lineage of the animal but came complete with the cows nose print.

It was all melt in the mouth delicious!
