No bike riding today....

.... with such dreadful weather as today. Instead, Dutchoak prepares a batch of energy bars, to fend off the dreaded empty tank that occurs too often when too many kilometers from home.
Medjoul dates, walnuts, coconut oil, oatmeal and a few spoonfuls of Young Mr. Dutchoak's protein powder make for a strong "carburant" on long rides.
