Project X: stage 4 complete

Stage 1: build a heat exchanger (done) and wait 6 months.
Stage 2 : acquire obsolete copper boiler and abandon project for 5 years
Stage 3: salvage another copper boiler and wait 4 months
Stage 4: remove insulation and built-in heat exchanger and start piecing bits together.
