Flower Friday

Bit pushed for time today so this is a picture of flowers I had for my birthday from Beth a week ago. They are still really beautiful. My favourite colour is yellow and my favourite flower carnations, so she chose perfectly!

My cold is definitely on the mend, so thank you for all the sympathy, much appreciated. 
Although I am now adopting a new name for a cold. From now on I will be "nasally challenged" (thank you Davidc) 

Hopefully I'll be able to get out at the weekend and log some miles!
