Friday, thanks for being odd.  You didn't have to go such lengths though.

First Odd of the Day was on the bus to work (Wiesbaden and buses - a rich vein of oddness to mine)... I got on the bus and there was a bloke standing with his bike.  He was in the full MAMIL* kit - shorts, top, helmet, and rucksack. 

Every bit the super keen cyclist.

Except he was on the bus.

Even weirder.  He got off at the stop before the Hospital (the bus stops right in front of the hospital about 200 meters further on).  And he cycled (on the pavement, naturally) up to the hospital, alongside the bus.  Where he then dismounted and locked up his bike, before, presumably, going into tell his colleagues how much he loves cycling.

Thing is, of he had gotten out a stop earlier, he could have had coasted down the hill  and right up to the hospital without pedalling and still have had that red-eared "I've been cycling for miles" look.
