Lazy Days

Ha ha, they can hide the daisies and cow parsley in the caravan park electricity sub-station, behind a 10ft fence and I'll still manage to Blip it!!!
We've had a very quiet day. Some might say lazy but I prefer to think of it as quality family time!! We watched Tangled twice before lunch, played a few rounds of the Bus Stop game and ate yummy hot dogs before trying to decide what to do with the afternoon. We couldn't decide between more crab fishing and sand castle building, or a paddle on the beach at the caravan park and an afternoon in the pool. Miss E wanted to do it all and couldn't understand why she couldn't! One annoying thing about this park is the fact that the pools are only open in the afternoon between 2pm and 4.45pm. It's quite limiting having to plan a day round it rather than being able to go in the pool whenever we want. Oh well!
She decided on crab fishing and we were actually in the car before she changed her mind and opted for swimming.
Decisions, decisions.... So much fun to be had when you're four!!!!
I was very proud in the pool - she was swimming widths on her front and back and people in the pool were amazed. Miss E kept asking - at the top of her voice - why the other children had on armbands when they were bigger than her - the kind of question that you shush and say all sensibly "well, darling, they haven't learnt to swim yet like you have" whilst inside you're doing a little jig and crowing "because you're amazing and fantastic and just better than they are......" Hee hee!!!!!
