A Cat Manifesto

We are now in the time in the electoral cycle  in which every charity and every pressure group asks  candidates to sign on to their wish list for the next Parliament  or gets as many voters as possible to make that request.    

This morning in the Parliament the Cat Protection League invited MSPs to have their picture taken with this large (very large) cut out cat and sign on to the  "cat manifesto for Scotland".

Being a cat fan, as those who follow this journal will  be aware , I had no difficulty in agreeing.
