R U Confused?

First off - Hurrah to women everywhere. It is our day.

Second, I took this photo in Edison. I love this sign and it Is never (well hardly ever) free of cars and motorcycles in front of it. But today it was.

Arvin skipped his group today and he, Lynda and I drove down Chuckanut to Edison and back. We stopped at the Chuckanut Bay Gallery which we all love. I bought a wonderful new book about the Salish Sea with amazing photos. Lynda got soap and a sweet small raku pot.

In Edison we ate at the cafe at the edge of town. It had good old fashion comfort food and we had a good time talking to the owner. Then we went to the Breadfarm for desert goodies and took a look at the view behind the store of the slough.

We stopped at the Smith And Vallee Gallery (http://www.smithandvallee.com/gallery) and had a long talk with Pieter Vanzanden, a sculptor and maker of beautiful wood objects and the gal who we often see watching over the gallery. We had a great time.

Steve came over when we got home for a game of Mexican Train and a light dinner. We had a lovely day.
